Baltimore Development Corporation selected developers for two sites in “Pigtown” - a designated Baltimore Main Street Enterprise Zone area. PBA is the architect for both “winning” development teams, executing designs that would earn Historic Tax Credits, while adapting structures to meet contemporary standards for commercial mixed-use development.


Site 1 combines properties to house alternative configurations of offices and artists lofts above ground level retail, including a restaurant with outdoor dining.


Site 2 was designed to accommodate a mixed-use retail / residential development that includes a full-service restaurant on the first floor with rental apartments or condominiums on the upper floors.
