The firm was involved in several projects at the Presbyterian Home, a domiciliary care facility. The initial phase involved a three-story, 27-bed addition to the east wing and included miscellaneous support facilities. In a second phase, the west wing was completely renovated for 27 beds with private bathrooms, replacing the previously cramped rooms and semi-private bathrooms. Other projects within the facility included planning for a renovation of the east wing for the supervised health care unit, upgrading support facilities such as beauty shops, day rooms, and multi-purpose spaces, and upgrading the mechanical and fire protection systems.
